You may have noticed more manatees, dolphins and sea turtles driving around our roads. Not in the strictest sense, of course, but adorning our city and county street sweepers, box trucks, vans and more. Wrapping presents is something most of us are working on now, and wrapping vehicles is done in the same vein. Instead of presents, these wraps are delivering messages to reinforce other outreach efforts regarding water quality or other efforts close to home.
