DESCRIPTION:Bring your pre-schooler to Book Time at Brooker.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nBring your Preschooler to this program designed to connect them to the wonders of the natural world. In addition to hearing a great story\, your child will participate in a craft related to the story that is read. This activity is recommended for ages 3 to 5. \nRegistration is not required for Book Time\, just show up with your kiddo! This program is led by Brooker Creek Volunteers. \nAdditional Notes: It takes about 10 minutes to drive from the preserve entrance (Keystone Rd.) to the parking lot\, and there is a 2-5 minute walk from the parking lot to the Education Center building. We will start promptly at 10:30am. Follow signs to the Exhibit Hall. \nREGISTER HERE

DESCRIPTION:The City is ready for us to come back and help in the dunes!  There have been several SPB Beach Cleanups\, but they asked people to stay off the dunes.  Dune Savers will start back by just cleaning trash and debris from the dunes at Upham Beach.  Hopefully most of the invasive plants didn’t survive the storms! \nWe will meet in the parking lot by the Paradise Grille\, 6850 Beach Plaza\, St. Pete Beach 33706 at 7:30 am – 8:30 am. \nPlease bring refillable water bottles\, wear gloves and closed-toed shoes.  There will be buckets for trash and the City is supplying large totters. \nThank you all and can’t wait to see you Friday morning. \nQuestions\, please contact Deb Rothenberger

DESCRIPTION:Enjoy a guided tour to explore the coastal and upland ecosystems of the Weedon Island Preserve! \nParticipants will learn about the environment\, native wildlife\, and early history of Weedon Island. The total hike length will be between 1 to 2 miles and will traverse uneven\, natural paths and boardwalks so please prepare accordingly. \nThis tour is for adults and youth ages 10+. DESCRIPTION:Come join us with your young scientists!\nAges 3 – 6 \nThis program is for the youngest ocean explorers. Bay Babies is offered for 3 to 6 year olds monthly.
