They are also used as bait for a variety of sport fish and regularly bring a higher price as bait than as food fish. You will learn about the history of this fishery in southwest Florida in this bite-sized science webinar. \nDr. Angela Collins is the UF/IFAS Extension Sea Grant Agent in Manatee\, Hillsborough and Sarasota Counties.
