Led by volunteer docents\, families will be treated to rhymes\, songs\, stories\, and other activities that connect them to our environment. \nThis program will take place outdoors so please prepare accordingly. DESCRIPTION:Learn about one of Florida’s amazing and unique ecosystems: the swamp\, in a hands on and creative way!\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nLearn about one of Florida’s amazing and unique ecosystems: the swamp\, in a hands on and creative way! By pairing science with music and songwriting\, this fun\, family friendly program is designed to teach students all about Florida swamps\, give them the opportunity to meet a LIVE resident of the swamp\, and work together to create a song about what they learned! Family Friendly! \nPresented by Paige Konger of Paige’s Planet \nAdditional Notes: Registration is required. This program will be held in our auditorium. It takes about 10 minutes to drive from the preserve entrance (Keystone Rd.) to the parking lot\, and there is a 2-5 minute walk from the parking lot to the auditorium. We will start promptly at 2pm. SUMMARY:IQuest: Surviving the Winter
DESCRIPTION:IQuest is a monthly program for smart\, curious middle school students in grades 6 through 8. While each IQuest is different\, you can always expect challenging projects and games that inspire out-of-the-box solutions to real world problems. \nAttendees must pre-register by 11am on the day of the program.  We will be adhering to social distancing measures during all activities and the class size will be limited to 16 children.  Masks will be required for all staff and students\, and all students will be temperature-screened upon arrival. \n\n 4-8 p.m. Saturday\, February 19\nWhere: At The Bishop\nAdmission is $8.
