DESCRIPTION:This workshop is for Hillsborough County and City of Tampa residents/employees only. \nLearn how to collect rainwater for ornamental plant irrigation while reducing erosion and stormwater runoff\, and the use of non-potable water for irrigation. Hillsborough County and City of Tampa residents/employees will receive one 45-55 gallon plastic food-grade barrel after attending the workshop.
