The Experience starts with a short program\, followed by a leisurely stroll weather permitting. DESCRIPTION:Take a walk through some of Weedon Island’s coastal habitats on a guided tour of the Tower Boardwalk. Led by a knowledgeable Center naturalist\, this tour offers a chance to explore the Preserve’s diverse ecosystems\, native wildlife\, and rich cultural history. \nDesigned for adults and youth ages 10 and up (youth must be accompanied by an adult)\, this tour is a great way to learn about Florida’s environment and how people have interacted with it for thousands of years. Climb the stairs to the top of the Observation Tower for a bird’s-eye view of the surrounding area! \nThe walk will cover approximately 1 mile along paved paths and boardwalks.
