DESCRIPTION:25th Annual Holiday Boat Parade sponsored by Friends of the Hillsborough River and the Tampa Bay Sierra Club \n\n\nSignup Instructions: All participants must register. \nBring: Battery operated lights to decorate your canoe\, kayak\, paddle board or boat; water; layers of clothing in case it is cool after sundown; a flashlight; your own vessel; a whistle; LIFE JACKETS MUST BE WORN AT ALL TIMES \nSignup Restrictions: All participants must register and sign the Waiver \nAdditional Directions: We will gather at the Lowry Park Boat Ramp beginning at 5:00 pm to begin decorating boats so that we can launch at 6:00 pm.
