DESCRIPTION:This is the first on many Sierra Club Military Outings. \nThree hours of hiking in the Trout Creek site.\nPrepare for heat and relatively flat terrain with some periods of thick roots that may make high stepping necessary in certain parts. Much of the trail is shaded but some parts are not- at least one liter of water and a set of closed toe shoes are necessary.
