We are following CDC and Florida Department of Health guidelines regarding all matters pertaining to Coronavirus (COVID19). Currently Brooker Creek Preserve and the Environmental Education Center will remain open per usual. However, in the interest of public health we are cancelling all programs, hikes, and events until further notice. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and look forward to rescheduling as much as possible in the future. We will continue to provide educational content on our Facebook page. We appreciate your understanding and support.

Families with children (babies up to 4 years old) can join Miss Alexa and Miss Sue at Brooker Creek Preserve auditorium for stories, songs and wild silliness. This program is about 45 minutes in length and led by the East Lake Community Library!

Additional Notes: It takes about 10 minutes to drive from the preserve entrance (Keystone Rd.) to the parking lot, and there is a 3-5 minute walk from the parking lot to the Education Center buildings. This program meets in the Auditorium or “Butterfly Room”.

Please wear closed toed shoes.
