Native Pollinators

Join us to learn about pollination and why it is important! We will look at who the pollinators are besides honeybees, what the threats are to their survival, and what we can do to protect them and help them thrive.

Presented by Pam Brown. Pam holds a Master of Science degree in Ornamental Horticulture from Virginia Tech and served as the University of Florida Urban Horticulture Extension Agent in Pinellas County for over eight years. She is retired from the University of Florida and was granted the title of Extension Agent Emeritus. Pam currently serves on the Board of Directors with the Friends of Brooker Creek Preserve and oversees the Butterfly Garden at Brooker Creek Preserve!
