Zoysia Turfgrass Management

Hort-Talks (4hours of various CEUs) – There’s a lot to learn about horticulture! This is a four hour presentation on different topics with a variety of CEUs available.

Time 9:00am – 1:00pm, $25 pre-workshop, $35 pay at the door (includes a mid-morning snack)

9:00 – 10:40 – Topic – Core

10:40 – 11:10 – Brunch (included in registration)

11:10 – 12:50 – Topic – Laurie Trenholm, Turfgrass Science – the University of Florida, will discuss evidence-based zoysia turfgrass management practices. OBJECTIVE: To provide in-depth, evidence-based education on zoysiagrass management through case studies, lecture, and discussion.

Registration – Registration is required. Registration on the day of the event will be charged an additional $10.00 fee.

Cancellations – If your class is canceled for any reason you will be notified no less than 24 hours prior to class start. We will provide a full refund for cancellations made by Manatee County Extension. Refunds may take up to 30 days to process.

Refunds – Refunds will be made in the event of a class cancellation or if the registrant requests a refund 24 hours prior to the class time.
