Forest bathing is a guided walk designed to relax and rejuvenate. We’ll bathe our senses in the healing qualities of nature and share our experiences through conversation. We’ll leave refreshed by this contemplative practice that we can carry into our everyday routines. Please wear closed-toe shoes and comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle.
